Lead Consultant/CEO

Hassan is presently the Lead Consultant/CEO at Media Range Limited. He has a prior employment history that spans across the Nigerian military, media and Banking sectors.

In the field of communication, he has over 15 years field and management experience that cut across public relations, brand management, integrated marketing communications, print and digital journalism, as well as bespoke communications strategy development and execution.

He has deployed his skills for both local and international organisations some of which include Lafarge Africa Plc, Huawei Technologies (Nigeria) Limited, Unity Bank Plc, Monsanto International (Now Bayer), WACOT, the Association of Nigerian Electricity Distributors (ANED), Abuja Electricity Distribution Company, SABC Ltd, Nisa Wellness Retreat and British American Tobacco. He was the pioneer online editor of Daily Trust newspapers (2007-2013) following which he headed (at different times, Digital Marketing, Media Relations and Marketing Communications at Unity Banks Plc

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Bayero University Kano and is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (mnipr) and an Associate Member of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) where he has also been a regular resource person for the training of advertising practitioners especially in Out of Home, Integrated Marketing Communication and Digital advertising over the past five years.

He is also a public speaker, giving talks and facilitating trainings on Brand Management, Integrated Marketing Communications and Public Relations for in-house audiences and public business development events.
